What's going on, guys, Matt A here. Welcome into today's show. I've been getting a lot of questions from people who want to be getting into real estate investing. And they're asking all of these different things around how they can find their first investment

property.

And so today I'm going to go over just 10 free elite generation strategies that require

no experience necessary.

And these are ways that I've had students.

I've had coaching clients.

I've had people that I've, you clients, I've had people that I've,

you know, mentored or helped basically find their very first property. So we're going to go over those 10 free lead generation activities that you can do today. No experience needed,

really no money needed as well. And this could potentially unlock massive profits for you

years and really that I have found are very lucrative from an ROI standpoint of dollars and time invested in and the potential payout
