What's going on? Welcome back into today's episode. I was recently having a conversation with my daughters, and it was on the topic of confidence. And as I was communicating with them, I'm trying to build these strong,

confident leaders. I believe that confidence is a quality and a characteristic that just

about every successful person I know has in some way, shape, or form. I think confidence can

look a lot of different ways and be displayed in a lot of

different ways for different people. But at the end of the day, in order to go out and succeed,

you have to have this level of confidence and belief in yourself, whether that is in a sport,

whether that's in school, whether that's in an investment, whether that's in your business,

your career, your career,

your marriage, you've got to be confident in what you bring to the table. And that was one of the

qualities that I also shared in my likability formula. If you've heard me talk about that in the

past, because I always say never underestimate how success is tied to likeability,

the opportunities, the relationships, the things that come from people just liking you.

And you being more of a likable person, one of the variables in that equation is confidence.

You've got to be confident that even though

you may not have the experience that your plan and your team and your research and all the

efforts and energy and things that you put into this deal are going to pan out and be successful.

If you are somebody that is scared of doing an activity

or making a decision that you haven't made before,

still having this level of confidence

that even though you may not have experience at, you can figure it out. Having this level of confidence that even though you may not have experience that,

you can figure it out. Having this level of confidence in your values, this level of confidence
