and I'm going to be talking to you all about sauna. I've gotten a lot of questions in the past few

months since I started mentioning it,

and I wanted to answer some of them. This is not going to be the deep, deep dive into sauna

from every single standpoint with exact timings and exact temperatures. I don't subscribe to any of that.

I'm going to share with you how I do saunaANA and how I utilize it. It has been probably

the most beneficial tool I've brought into my world in the past many years. And I had

traditionally done it in the past and I had moved away from it and regretted every moment.

I have got a quick and dirty rundown of the top 10 reasons why I believe

everybody should utilize sauna to some degree. Quick disclaimer, I am not your doctor. There is a

potential risk if you have cardiovascular issues, if you're elderly, if you're severely ill.

There are all kinds of risks that you run by getting too hot or too cold.

And so in this episode, as we go through this, I want you to understand that this is individual.

your metabolic health, your hormone levels, your lipids, all of that is super important. And I like to do
