What's up everyone? This is Alex Lieberman, co-founder and executive chairman of Morning

0:05.2

Brew. Welcome back to Founders Journal, my personal audio diary, where I give you the

0:10.5

business builder, the tools you need to think better in order to build better, whether

0:15.2

that's building a business, a team, or a new product. Today, I am giving you 10 tactics

0:21.8

to crush any presentation. Let's hop into it. So I'm going to be sharing these lessons

1:36.6

I would say that in almost every presentation, I found it to be an incredibly strong strategy

1:41.5

and the only reason I could do it is because I believed so much in what we were building.

1:46.6

Strategy number two or big idea number two in crushing a presentation. Understand the goals

1:51.6

and incentives of who you're presenting to. You need to understand who you're talking to,

1:57.6

what their incentives are, and how you can make them look really, really good. So in the context
