1:01.2	It truly has. And it just highlights, doesn't it? But this subject needs to be out there.
1:06.4	We need to be talking about this because it is so misunderstood and there is so much emotion around narcissistic
1:12.9	abuse, which is trauma and domestic abuse, that it's not talked about enough in a professional,
1:20.3	academic, educational way, but with the hope that it can change beyond narcissistic abuse.
1:27.2	Because let me tell you, it absolutely can.
1:29.7	And in positive psychology, we call this term post-traumatic growth. So I am here right now
1:35.2	celebrating with you. And I know it's not the nicest thing for us to almost think about us
1:41.1	connecting in a way that, hey, we wouldn't even know each other had it not
1:44.4	been for narcissistic abuse. But you know what? I genuinely feel narcissistic abuse for me,
1:50.8	completely turn my life around. Don't get me wrong when I was in it. Oh my God, it was a nightmare.
1:56.9	And I know where you are right now. Maybe it's exactly the same for you. But it really woke me up
2:02.1	to what is important in my life as well. And it really gave me the opportunity to heal some really
2:07.9	deep inner wounds that were already there. So I really want you to know wherever you are right now,
2:13.2	I am here celebrating you knowing that there is hope after the trauma of narcissistic abuse.
