0:36.0	I was out in beautiful Dana Point, California yesterday.
0:39.0	Dojo surfing, and I got myself a nice, so I've got a lot of surfboards.
0:44.9	I've got probably, I don't know, 10, 12 surfboards.
0:48.6	And I got this really cool 9 foot 6 Stewart board
0:51.8	that I had been wanting to take out.
0:55.0	And y'all know that I tore my tricept about a year ago
0:59.0	and I chose not to get the reconstruction surgery of my triceps so I am without a
1:04.0	tricep on my left arm and surfing requires a lot of repetitive motion
1:08.4	specifically paddling and so I would get a lot of tendonitis in my left elbow, but recently I was like, hey,
1:16.4	I think surfing is something I can get back into again.
1:19.4	So I hadn't surfed for a while, so I waxed up my new board and took it out to dojo yesterday and had a great time
1:27.1	surfing and the elbow held up I just wore an elbow sleeve and had an awesome time man the beach was packed it was good waves the water
1:35.8	temperature was about 73 if you all surf you know where dohini do hoe is great place
1:41.0	in southern California in fact the beach boys wrote a song about it. It's so awesome.
