My name is Christian Keeter and I live in the southeast of the United States of America with my amazing beautiful godly wife Lacey and our two

wonderful daughters, Felicity and Serenity. Recently I have been reading in the book of Daniel.

I actually finished reading it earlier today. And I think it was probably yesterday that I read

Daniel chapter 9. And there was something that leapt out at me from Daniel chapter 9 and there was something that left out

at me from Daniel chapter 9 that was quite meaningful to me that I also want to share

with you guys here and hopefully you will find a similar encouragement as I did.

So before we get into that specific content, let me just kind of lay the groundwork a little

bit here for the book of Daniel.

The book of Daniel, it's interesting because it's kind of split right down the middle. It is

a 12 chapter long book. It's broken up into 12 chapters. And the first six chapters are a lot of

times what we will think about when we discuss the book of Daniel because it's in those

first six chapters that we find the narratives like how the narratives of Shadrach Meshach and

A Bednego in the fiery furnace, Daniel and the Lions Den, like this sort of stuff is in chapters

1 through 6. And there's a lot of narrative in there.

And then chapter 7 through 12, there's a whole lot of prophecy.

And so it's interesting how it's kind of split.

That's not to say that there isn't prophecy in the first half,

because there is with like Nebuchadnezzar's dream that Daniel interprets.

And that's not to say that there isn't narrative in the second half because there, you know, there's these recordings of conversations that, for example,

Daniel will have with Gabriel, the angel. But, but it's very interesting how it's kind of split
