If you know we are super passionate about the postpartum season and having that season go smoothly and not having it be this big downtime in your marriage or in your life because at least in Elishia's in my life,

postpartum has happened quite frequently. And it's a season that we want to be a positive experience for our kids, for us.

And I think our first postpartum really took both of us off guard just how hard it was on her marriage.

And so tonight we're going to be talking about how we're planning together for this

season. I think a lot of people talk about how the woman can plan for

postpartum and that's primarily focused on her healing and her swinging emotions, but that really affects your spouse too, so anyways, we're going to dig into this and yeah, hopefully, hopefully this part of it goes well.

Let's go. Oh, Katie, we're one day away from being 37 weeks with this pregnancy. How are you feeling?

You know, I would have had a very different response for you like five hours ago.

Yeah, like two hours ago.

Yeah.

So I started really feeling excited because our babies have come pretty early term so

between 37 and 38 weeks so getting here is an accomplishment in a milestone and

you can kind of let down now.

Yes, yeah, we've always been worried about the baby coming too soon.
