Yeah, at first when people were saying you're so brave,

because of the old patterns that are so ingrained in me and my family of like we we keep a secret we don't we we don't air our dirty laundry right like when people would say you're brave, I thought they were throwing shade at me like,

you've done something you shouldn't have done. That's how it felt, like, oh you're so brave and that's not okay. And that's not what people were saying. I mean, there

may be somebody who feels that way. I'm sure, in fact, I know that there were people who

felt that I maybe shared too much, even though there may be dynamics at play

where other people feel shame because of my courage, that doesn't mean that I have to feel ashamed of my choice to be brave about my life

and taking control of my narrative.
