So you might be getting this a little bit later. But either way, it's an opportunity to kind of really make our mind powerful,

decisive, and ready for all the things coming our way this year. Because as always, there's

going to be things happening around us, which may cause us to have certain resistance, where

we start to feel like can we really handle and deal with what is showing up? Because on the one

level, we have the external things showing up, right? So we have the economy, we have politics, we have the news,

we have the social media, we have our friends, we have our family, we have all this external

stuff. However, we also have the internal resistance as well. And that internal resistance

is how we try to deal with the external. So, for example,

if you have limiting beliefs about yourself, of not being good enough, not being worthy,

not being deserving, not being capable, all of those things, if you've had past experiences

where maybe it's given you some like PTSD over the years or at least

significant emotional events which kind of replicate themselves in the future like you just kind

of keep on repeating the same type of things this internal mindset we have is how we interact with the external.

Now, some people just try to change the external.

They go from one job to another, from one relationship to another, not being with their family

to being with their family, changing, trying to like be fearful around the economy,

try to like save things, cash out pensions.

And the reality is, it's not about the external. Yes, it is important. Yes, we have to be conscious

of some things. Not inundated. We've got to be conscious. But what's really important is being conscious of our own internal

perception of what we think is true. Those are the thoughts that you have most of the time.
