And this power talk is about one word only. And that is the power of surrender.

Now, when we typically think of the word surrender, we may have connotations or associations

of giving up. Just kind of going like, that's it. I give up. I'm going to stop going pursuing my

dreams. I'm going to stop trying to work this out, trying to find out the answer. And although that is true, we can have

that meaning attached to the word surrender, but today I want us to see it, feel it and experience

it in a whole different way. You see, sometimes you might be trying too hard consciously. You might be trying to force your

way forward, where sometimes that can be the hardest road and also the loneliest one and also one

which doesn't feel supported. Now Now what do I mean by that?

Well you see if you're consciously just kind of forcing and fighting and feeling the resistance,

that resistance can get bigger and bigger and bigger.

Or you might go through lots of times of forcing, forcing, forcing, but

ultimately failing, failing, failing in your mind's eye, which just makes us feel more disillusioned.

It makes us feel broken and it makes us feel unfixable. So when I mean the word surrender,
