So I'm going to give it to you straight. I'm going to tell you a couple things you need to get right in your mind and get the right mindset and things you need to just realize and get solid with before you try and jump into everything because then I'm going to give you tips like realistic

So let's start off with mindset. If you want to lose weight, your entire life is
