1:02.0 | This is such an important question because for most people when they try to change something in their life, deprivation seems to go hand in hand with getting results. |
1:17.0 | So if I want to lose weight, I'm going to feel deprived when it comes to food. |
1:22.0 | If I want to save money, I'm going to feel deprived when it comes to spending. |
1:26.0 | If I want to take a break from drinking, guess what? I'm going to feel deprived when it comes to alcohol. |
1:33.0 | Now here is the thing. You can actually change and even get rid of this feeling of deprivation. |
1:43.0 | For most people, don't believe that it's possible, but today's episode is all about deprivation, what it is, what creates it, and why it doesn't have to be something that you tell yourself you're just going to have to live with for the rest of your life. |

2:39.0 | They're feeling emotionally better and physically better. They're enjoying not waking up with hangovers or enjoying having better sleep and waking up with more energy in the morning. |

2:54.0 | They'll come to me and they'll say, I just feel so deprived. I really want that glass of wine. I really want to be drinking. I feel like I'm missing out. |
