Yes, hello, everyone. Today we're going to be talking about parenting. And if you don't have

kids yet or have kids, then no worries. Because this information, this conversation that we're

going to be having, it's still really helpful for people you know who do have children or if you do

have children someday.

Absolutely. And so specifically, we're going to be discussing the difference between discipline and training. Wait, there's a difference? There's a difference when it comes to effective parenting.

And that's just it. We want our parenting to be effective. And so for that to be the case, we have to

keep this distinction really clear and understand what we're doing.

So we're going to be unpacking that today.
