fellow therapist and one who wrote this amazing book called Traumatized. As we both know,

most of the people that walk into our therapy offices have gone through some type of trauma,

but it's not just people in therapy who've been traumatized. I think the statistic is something like

70% of people. Does that sound right? It is, I think it's, yeah, it's around 70%. I would argue,

I think I might even say this in the book that we've all been traumatized in some way.
