Which I'm excited to get into but before we do that I was kind of thinking about so you you wrote this in Iowa right all these yeah all of these days can you talk a little bit about the writing of the album?

Yeah, I had a new job, right? I had a new job and it happens every time I get a new job, especially in nursing,
