Which I'm excited to get into but before we do that I was kind of thinking about so you you wrote this in Iowa right all these yeah all of these days can you talk a little bit about the writing of the album?

Yeah, I had a new job, right? I had a new job and it happens every time I get a new job, especially in nursing,

that your first week and sometimes your first two

depending on whether you're working for the state or working for a private corporation and

this was neither state nor private it was like not not for profit, I forget, but it was Lutheran Social Services.

And there was, I forget there was one or two weeks of orientation,

but anyway, you go through orientation.

Orientation is only there so that you have been told by the place you work for all the

stuff you can't do right so that if you do they're covered legally right this is where they tell you I mean everything to tell you about you know

Lunch breaks but also in patient care

What you're not allowed to do don't't give what your phone number to patients.

You are not having a personal relationship, you are a care provider.

And they do CPR, you go through two days of CPR and you go through whatever management of assaulted behavior type protocol they have and all this kind of stuff.
