Summary

In 1974, in the suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas, Carla Walker and her boyfriend were attacked in their car while in the bowling alley parking lot. Carla was dragged from the vehicle while her boyfriend was knocked unconscious. Her body was found just a few days later but it would take over four decades to solve her case using the most advanced DNA techniques (which Stew and I try to explain, very poorly).

Fun Fact: Sit on a sidewalk and you may be fined. According to a law in Galveston, a person is not allowed to sit or stand on a city sidewalk or right-of-way in a way that impedes free and uninterrupted pedestrian traffic. Violations are considered a class C misdemeanor, punishable by up to a $500 fine.

So we've attempted to do this for the last three days, and we have three children, so they won't listen and get on the schedule we need them to do.

0:42.7

They will not coordinate their naps or bedtimes.

0:45.3

No.

0:45.9

Well, they were coordinating their bedtimes.

0:48.4

They were doing real good.

0:49.6

And then the last three nights, well, the two go to bed, but the baby, she's been wanting to stay up late,

0:55.4

but she does sleep through the night, so I can't complain. Like, once she goes down,

0:59.7

like she's, she's down, she sleeps in her bassinet until about 637. And then I usually just

1:06.2

roll over and put her passie in, and then she'll go back to sleep till 8 or 8 30 or so but anyway so that's what

1:13.9

we're dealing with we might have to bring the baby in here with us and that's the case you might hear

1:18.4

a baby in the background occasionally but it's just is what it is in our state if we want to record

1:23.3

right now stew thinks we should just not record if you have to hear the baby in the background.

1:28.6

He just thinks it's just the worst thing ever.

1:30.8

I didn't say that.

1:31.7

It is, Stu.

1:32.9

I've said multiple times, I'm like, well, just record.

1:34.9

And if they hear the baby in the background, they hear the baby in the background occasionally.
