Now, notably this statement of 72 hours does not come from the Vatican.

From what I can tell, it comes from the site Mesa in Latino, who often has good sources. And this is a tweet from Michael

Haynes over at Lifesite News. He says February 24th, Mesa and Latino reports reliable sources

at the Jameli Hospital saying that Pope Francis has under 72 hours to live.
