0:34.4	obviously share it as well. So it's just been a little bit it's been a little hectic but we were
0:41.0	able to chat and you know she's sharing what happened and her perspective from everything and
0:50.0	you know it's just absolutely devastating what's happened and in the show notes I will have
0:55.6	a link to it's like a Google doc and if you guys can help and in any way you can if you can
1:05.4	you know you guys can help people directly. I know there's a lot of organizations and foundations
1:08.8	but people that are boots on the ground are just saying if you can help people directly that
1:13.6	is the most beneficial way to help. I know some people aren't wanting to leave their land
1:20.1	and their homes that have burdened down so they're asking for tents and blankets and I know
1:25.3	shelters are you know overwhelmed just really really devastating things that are happening out there
1:32.1	and there's obviously other larger organizations. I have one that's on my Instagram. There's a baby
1:38.6	to baby which helps with formula and blankets for babies and diapers and all of that. So a lot of
1:46.4	different places just makes that that they're legitimate but again absolutely devastating my heart
1:53.2	and and prayers go out to the people of Lahaina the people of Maui and and there's just there's
2:01.2	really no words just it's just absolutely awful but my sister again is here to talk about her
2:09.7	situation that happened while she was there with her family so let's let's get into the episode.
