if you're saying the word, buns on a radio show?

Not intentionally, but I would be amazed if we hadn't broken that record if one exists.

Yes, and I bet we probably broke our own record.

Yeah, we're not afraid to say it.

bum mentioning on here.

Had a great message from Jakob about egg refrigeration.

Jakob says, on the egg front, I once had a heated debate on

egg storage with a former housemate at university.

After said debate, I immediately sat at my computer and searched if I was right or not.

It turns out that in America, any egg produces the own of a 3,000 chickens must wash their

eggs by law to help prevent salmonella.

In doing so, they remove the cuticle.

The cuticle is a protective layer on the egg, which performs the dual purpose of keeping

bacteria from entering the egg and retaining moisture.
