So a crazy situation has been unfolding in the NATO country of Romania.

Let's go ahead and put this up on the screen.

Obviously hugely relevant for us because of their NATO status, but also because of the role

of misinformation, which was used as justification by Romania's top court to annul the first

round of the presidential vote. So let me just read

court on Friday annulled the first round of the country's presidential election days after

allegations emerged that Russia ran a coordinated online campaign. What does that sound familiar to?

To promote the far right outsider who won the first round,

the Constitutional Court's unprecedented decision, which is final,

came after the president declassified intelligence on Wednesday

that alleged Russia had organized thousands of social media accounts

to promote Colin Georgescu across platforms such as TikTok and Telegram.
