Welcome to Verity Podcast. I'm your host, Felicia Mason-Himer, and I am here to

0:06.3

teach you how to know what you believe, to live it boldly, and to communicate it

0:11.3

graciously to the world around you. I believe that women are ready to go deeper in

0:16.8

their faith than ever before, and they don't have to go to seminary to do it. I am

0:22.5

so glad you're here, and I hope you'll join me on this journey because every

0:27.3

woman is a theologian. Hello friends, and welcome back to Verity Podcast for our

1:33.8

it's simply talking to God as you're going about your life, and I think thanksgiving is one of

1:38.6

the easiest ways to do this. Adoration is similar in that we're turning our eyes to God in his

1:46.4

character, but thanksgiving is specifically focusing on one aspect of God's character, and that's

1:52.3

God as our giver, our provider, our sustainer, we're thanking him for the ways that he is revealing

himself in our lives already, in anticipation that he will continue to do so. Now whenever I talk
