this week, I've done a really, really good job of this over my adult kind of lifespan, much

magical thinking OCD. I actually got a DM the other week that was like, don't say you have OCD on

your podcast like for people that really have OCD. I have OCD. There's many types of OCD,

and this includes obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are unwanted and intrusive thoughts,

feelings, urges, and doubts while compulsions are repetitive physical or mental actions

performs in an attempt to relieve distress and anxiety. So I have certain forms of OCD.
