I was the high school nerd, and I sat on left bench on every single sports team in high school.

I actually played sports in high school, and it was a big part of my life. I did. I played

in the fall and in the spring, and then I grew up in Colorado, so we skied all winter. And, you know,

I'm a decent athlete, nothing special. But for me, it was a huge part of my high school career.

And then I've continued to, you know, enjoy working out ever since. But I loved it in high school.
