Hi this is Steve. One of the most basic techniques in all of film is shot, point of view,

reaction shot. It happens so often that most of the time we don't even notice it. We see a character. We see them look at something.

We see what they are seen and we see their reaction.

Simple, right? But there's a magic in that simplicity because when executed perfectly the simple progression of shot
