My name is Pat, and I am the owner of Patipops, it's a specialty cake pop bakery located

in Westchester, New York.

I was a CPA at Ernst Singh Young before this, and I decided to leave and actually take

the plunge, leave my career behind and explore a more creative path for myself.

And I do have a question, I'm actually struggling now because I'm trying to scale the business,

scale production, but the problem is that my industry involves a lot of skilled labor.

It's not a typical traditional bakery, but it's more of an aesthetically pleasing product

with hand design.
