But first let's talk about our best moods and worst moods of the week my best mood this week

And I'm keeping it simple because it deserves that it really does deserve that because the best mood of this past week was

Dare I say it. I said it happy mother fucking happy. I like actually, you know when you just like actually feel it and you're aware of it and you let yourself feel it too

Oh, it makes it like that much better and even just yesterday

I was walking the dogs and it was just nice outside the weather is finally like not too hot

I just felt really good about the podcast last week. I had a productive week and I was running over to a friend's and then I was cooking dinner

And I was walking the dog. I got my hair dyed

Last week so I didn't feel ugly anymore and I just felt really really happy and there's definitely some things that kind of are like

Maybe like bubbling up when I was talking to my therapist this week or stuff like that where I was just kind of like oh

Well as I talk about it it kind of gives me a pit, but honestly just overall I felt

So many moments of just actual happiness and feeling okay and good and sometimes it's more so like

Oh, I just feel like at peace like I just feel okay and those are really good best moods too

But sometimes it's just so nice to just have your best mood be fucking happy
