So today's guest has been called one of the most powerful female engineers.

She's been at Facebook for 10 years.

She is the vice president and creator of Facebook Marketplace.

And prior to Facebook, she had roles at some of the best known companies in Silicon Valley, PayPal, eBay.

She's also the co-founder of women in product. It's a nonprofit that's focused on helping

more women enter and succeed in product management in the tech sector. And she said of it that

she was feeling stuck. And she recognized that that's something a lot of women can feel,

feeling stuck in their careers and not figuring out how to find their way to the top.

And that is one of the major reasons why she created women in products.

So we're going to dig into that in just a minute.
