Hello everyone. My guest today is the amazing open-minded Fatma and her work. She is in Afghanistan at five years old, standing alone in the street. She doesn't know where her dad is and everyone is leaving her and people are

leaving Afghanistan leaving where she lives and Fatima doesn't want life to change. She wants everyone to stay together.

And she is experiencing that life is unfair and unpredictable and cruel and devastating and you know what to do here let's put it to the

test and altogether you know let's just get really still really quiet and sit with Fatma as she shows us that even in a state of trauma,

we can do this work, we can open our minds.

She's such a great teacher of that. So altogether, let's do the work.

My I don't know where my dad is and there are family members that are leaving the country and I don't know like it's all secret.

and you're watching them leave

and you don't know where your dad is.

People are leaving you, so be there now, be there present with that little girl.
