And then Dr. Meg Meeker, who is a family life specialist, a pediatrician who has had a stellar career, of course she still practices,

but moving into speaking and writing in the author of a couple of best-selling books, my two favorite books,

and I think are absolutely mandatory reading for any parent, strong father, strong daughter, then strong mother, strong son.

And this conversation is going to help you, because we need to remember that most of you out there aren't just leaders in business, but your fathers and mothers.
