Hi Barbara, my name is Esha from Atlanta.

I am in kind of a peculiar situation, I guess many other entrepreneurs will feel maybe

feel the same, but I currently run a business with my sister and our problem is that we tend

to bounce back on each other a lot, and we are both extremely creative people.

My question is, how as a creative person can you become an implementer, and in that sense,

what techniques, what tactics can you use to develop that sense of self, where you can

be more in implementation and still hone in on that creativity, but hone in on a way that

is able to drive you forward, because right now, what we do is we just come up with new

ideas and new plans, and we tend to lose a little bit of steam when it comes to implementation.
