From today's episodes we have got on the one and only Ivor Cummins aka the fat emperor.

So welcome to the show man how you doing all great and it's an honor to be here my kids

and my medical doctor friends as well are all excited fantastic fantastic so for people

who aren't familiar with who you are and what you do can you tell them a little bit about

yourself.

Yeah well I'm around nearly 30 years as a corporate kind of manager technical manager master

technologist problem solving was my specialty and leading teams and solving complex problems

and corporate and then around eight or nine years ago I got some poor blood tests very

on satisfactory meetings with several doctors including a professor of medicine to explain

them and I researched them myself and within a while I found out the cholesterol and fat

nonsense story was exactly that and I discovered low carb and lower insulin and I got into

that kind of field for around eight years publicly you know with podcasts and conferences

and then last March April I began to notice some very strange things happening in the world

around this virus so I've spent the last year focusing a lot on that.

Gotcha and where did the name the fat emperor come from?

Yeah that was a bit of a it was myself and the wife a couple of wines one night and I was

kind of fighting this corporate misinformation thing with the cholesterol and fat and all

that stuff and it just occurred to us as we were chatting that you know there's the emperor's

new clothes and we knew that the researchers for 30 years knew that the story was wrong but they

wouldn't say anything so like emperors new clothes and then I thought of the emperor as the
