is a friend of ours who we actually met through the podcast and through one of our

We didn't kind of, we struck up a relationship, friendship and realized that we had something

His wife Rachel was battling breast cancer and we just connected on that level and now

we're just friends and I'm so grateful for our friendship.

Chase, I don't know if you listened to the podcast last week but one of the things we talked

about on the podcast which I think is so relevant to anyone is when you're born you have a

birth date and when you die you have a death date and in the middle there's the dash and

it truly made me stop and think about life, about what we do with our life because really

the date we're born yes it's our birthday is the day that we celebrate each year and

then the date of our death is the date that we sometimes celebrate that person on there

they're passing each each year but what truly matters is the dash in the middle.
