And we are here for what I think is going to be an exciting few hours of discussion, review

and analysis.

Recently, Mormon Apostle, Prophetsir and Revelator, David A. Bednar, presented to the National

Press Club in Washington, DC.

You can guess what these dance were.

And there's our FM joining in.

Hey, FM.

This will be discussing this is the first time a Mormon Church representative has addressed

the National Press Club in 22 years.

And we're going to be talking about why that is.

But it was basically an hourish long presentation.

And we're here to kind of break it down.

This is not just going to be looking for the faux pas or the gacha's, although we are

going to be talking a little bit about some of those.

It's a little bit broader.

We want to do kind of a thoughtful, fair-minded analysis of the Church's positioning.

So as I reviewed this talk from Elder Bednar, what I realized is that they talk about the

threefold mission of the Church, which is perfecting the saints, redeeming the dead,

proclaiming the gospel.
