I'm so glad we like lines intersected on this one because I didn't know I I like horror movies but I am also a chicken baby so I don't want any demon or haunting movies.

Even though I don't believe in any of it, it's still too real because I was brought up Catholic

and even though it's non-practicing it scars you for life.

What's your, I don't need that? What's your choice genre, like your choice horror genre? My choice horror genre would probably be like scream like the zoo sort of like the the renaissance of horror where it's still

horror there's still scares but there's like a certain amount of humor, right?

And kind of like a smart type of snappy humor in it or what we did what we're covering today like yeah a true 80s

camp yeah not just because it's set at camp, but camp with a capital sea.

The John Waters, like John Waters, like Magic Wand sort of waved over the whole production kind of vibe. Yes, camp and camp honey.

Campy camp. So we're talking about sleepaway camp today, which is, you know, for horror fans, this is a movie that I think means a lot to a lot of people.

It's one of those like, I wrote my notes that when I was a teenager and I discovered this movie, you know, I went through this whole period of like trying to watch like as many camp movies as I could like cult classic sort of like films that I thought would make me cool. I was like, this is a cult classic and people like it so I have to see it. You know what I mean? You go through that phase is like a young person. And this was one of those movies
