It's really resonating. I think that I come from a place of frustration and almost use social

media to invent that frustration. I think that the fitness industry is full of a lot of people

that don't require a lot of effort to be in good shape. There's something called the swimmer's

body illusion where some people swim because they want to get the physique of a swimmer,

but they don't realise that swimmers don't look the way they do because they swim. They swim

because of the way they look. So same respect in rugby people say, oh, you're big and broad

because you play rugby. I say no, I'm big and broad so then I play rugby. And the fitness
