I'm good. It's been like it's just it's gross how long it's been since we've done this.

It's been so long and like I just need to know that like I feel like every I feel like every quarter at least and it's more than not let's just say every quarter I'm like wait why haven't I talked to Troy about like Bravo stuff yet like everything there's always like a point every few months where I'm like wait like I have to catch up with Troy like this is this is a lot going on in the Bravo world.

Well it's like when you realize how much how many things have happened like cities ended and new cities started and housewives were

let go and housewives were brought in and there's a Hilton involved and I mean it's it's a

lot like there's a lot to talk about so Brandon and I today are going to be doing

We're gonna stick to housewives today because there is so much to cover that

I mean this alone could go for seven hours so we are just going to be

talking about what is currently happening on Housewives and some predictions

obviously we have a new city to talk about and I'm really really excited to get

to Salt Lake with you. But first how have you been? How is how is your life? How is your

health? How are you? My health health is good life has been good these oh my

God however many months have it's weird like I had that moment where I think it's just like a couple weeks ago where I was like kind of like I was working and I looked up and I was like wait how many months have passed by again like yeah

holy shit where did the time go I don't know I'm sure everybody's having that moment but thank God I'm sure everybody's having that moment.

But thank God I'm healthy, thank God we're good. It's just, yeah, it's, it's been a long time.
