I'm so excited about today's episode.

Like was not excited three weeks ago but now, now very very much into this I am a back to

basics I stand back to basics it It only took me 20 years, but God damn it. I am here for it.

We are officially saying farewell to chaps, lip pierpiercings, Kletiercings, Dreadlocks, Black Cents, and we are saying hello to Red Lips,

to Bottle Blond, and Motown inspired throwbacks.

We are entering the Back to Basics era today full speed

and I think I mentioned last week that so many of you have

messaged me specifically about this album which was a huge surprise to me because

I didn't know like I will be 100% honest and saying I didn't know I didn't know that so many people

loved this album I didn't know that it was so acclaimed. I just really didn't know a lot about it to be honest with you.

I knew like the singles. I knew Candyman and I knew ain't No Other Man. But aside from that, that was my extensive knowledge of Back to Basics. I know for sure that that iconic belt from the breakdown of Ain't No Other Man has lived rent free in my brain for at least 20 hours a day for almost 20 years.

I don't know about you, but I constantly have that song in my head and if anything doing this
