And we have a big vibe check Wednesday podcast coming to you right now after a very interesting Tuesday at Hallis Hall.

We've all had about 24, 36 hours to kind of process what happened on Monday and Tuesday.

And we're now going to dissect it with one big vibe check.

And I guess I just kind of want to start with how much better do you feel about the future of the Bears organization after what happened on Monday and Tuesday at

Hallis Hall. Clay, why don't you go first? I would say I feel better since the last

press conference we had because that one left a lot of questions, right? And there's still obviously

some questions after this press conference. But here's what we got at questions, right? And there's still obviously some questions after this press conference.

But here's what we got at least, right? We got the fact that Ryan Poles is the point person.

Last time I felt like Kevin Warren was sitting there in a suit answering all the questions.

And Ryan Poles looked like a kid in trouble in his quarter zip, just looking down at the floor like he was in trouble.

I'm like, wait, who's really in charge here?

The president is Ryan Poles?

This time they gave Ryan Poles the floor.

He had the majority of the press conference.

They even did a separate press conference in a separate room, I think to show that Ryan Poles is the guy

in charge here. So that gave me some hope. But then they start talking about everybody who's going to

have their hands in too many cooks in the kitchen. In this hiring process, you got five vice presidents,

executive vice presidents, and then you got five junior

vice presidents. I mean, there's a ton of people in this decision where I think it could be

a smaller group to make this decision. I think you might have a little bit, a few too many candidates.
