re-record this opening like four times because I'm just too excited. You know what I mean? I'm giving off manic energy.

I was actually like screaming at you a couple minutes ago, but you'll never hear that.

I've calmed down. I had a bottle of water I'm just too excited that's the problem usually when I

finished my notes for an episode I closed my computer and I'll go do something

else I'll like watch Survivor or like have a cigarette or something.

But this week I the notes were just so good and that the content is just so good this week like you're really in for a treat. This is like

first of all we're picking back up with Christina. I'm back on my Christina shit. It

feels good to be home. Christina is a safe space for me right now.
