Summary

This is a short piece I did for Daniele's History on Fire podcast. Many of you may have already heard it, but I thought I'd put it on the main feed just in case. It was a fun break from Jim Jones, and nice to be a little less serious for once. Hope you enjoy.

among Muslim militants were unique, and that they're the result of Muslim convictions regarding

2:07.1

other historical examples of warriors fighting to the last man and embracing an ethos that

2:12.1

amounted to an affirmation of battlefield suicide. Dan brought up the Spartan 300. He brought

2:18.2

up to Milsuicide bombers. And of course, eventually he brought up Japanese kamikaze. And
