As always, I am your host, Jesse Leframbois. And on today's episode, we're going to be talking

a little bit about a lot of the things that have been going on in the world. Now, obviously,

it's been a somewhat tumultuous last few years. There's been a lot of crazy things that have

been going on from the pandemic to the

vaccine passports to inflation. And now we're getting all this talk about tariffs and then

the Canadian response to that with this sort of pseudo patriotism or something along those lines.

And so there's a lot of cause for people to be feeling afraid, concerned, anxious about

what's going on.

So on today's episode, what we want to nail down is how do we process these issues that

are going on, these political issues, these economic issues, how do we process them personally

and how do we have peace about all the kind of chaos

that seems to be going around in the world?

So to kind of get us started off, Aaron, obviously people are angry, people are scared

about this whole tariff issue and everything is going on with that.

Should we be scared?

Should we be anxious about this?

Is that the proper response?

There's certainly plenty of reason for concern.
