0:17.6	all OK. I'm OK today. You know, I'll tell you something, guys, a pattern that June and
0:23.9	I have gotten into is praying in the mornings. And, you know, we had, we always we've always prayed,
0:31.0	but I mean, I think that we've gotten more fervent in our in our prayers. But, you know, in our
0:37.1	therapy, you know, because we do have a Christian therapist and that we've been dealing with for
0:43.6	our 2017, I think, who has helped us so much. And who I think I'm going to have owned the
0:54.4	podcast, because I think that he would be I think that our counselor could really help so many
1:00.6	people that listen to us. And, you know, we have found that just, you know, to ask in prayer what
1:10.8	you want from God and to leave it there and know that God has heard you and so many things like
1:19.0	that, you know, since we've been doing that and just paying attention, we are seeing how that
1:26.7	how that how God does respond. Right. And it's not always the answer we want. Right. It's not
1:32.8	always in the time that we want. But I think it's putting our faith because I know you you talk about
1:38.9	this with me after your session this week. Right. That, you know, you've got to you've got to set it
1:44.6	down. You've got to give it to God and truly give it to God and know that whatever the, you know, you
1:50.2	can't force it. You can't help God along. You can't push him. You know, it has to be in his timing.
1:57.4	And he knows what we need. Sometimes what we ask for is not necessarily what we need. Well,
2:03.2	sometimes what we ask for is not the best that God wants us to hire. Right. You know, we might say,
2:10.1	oh my gosh, you know, God, I love this three bedroom house. I just want you to make, I want you
2:16.3	to give me this house this three bedroom house. And then all of a sudden you don't get that. Well,
2:20.3	maybe it's because God has something better for you. Maybe God has a four, a five or a 10 bed room
2:26.0	house. Maybe he has a two bedroom house in a different location. Exactly. And, and that is
2:31.0	going to be better suited for you. And so I think that for me, I mean, I think Lauren Dago has a
