0:36.0	coaching a woman who's an attorney for a little while and I got a 911 message
0:42.4	from her that she needed an emergency meeting and I jumped on a call with her right away I had the time I was actually driving in the car just dropped my son off at school. I literally think I'm an
0:53.3	Uber driver by the way. No one has any idea how much I drive. It's ridiculous. But
0:58.7	anyhow, okay, that's about to get better in other news. But so I call her immediately and I say what is
1:06.1	going on and I was in a good mood you know I just dropped my son off and had had a
1:11.4	good morning she was not in a good mood.
1:13.1	She was spiraling out of control.
1:16.5	And she started telling me about another attorney
1:21.0	who's more senior than she is't in her firm had sent her a nasty
1:25.4	email. Now here's the thing. We've all gotten nasty emails from coworkers and people at work
1:30.6	and customers and family members and friends right it's happened to us and
1:34.9	it stinks it's it's not fun it's not pleasant but I could hear in this woman's
