And he says to me, well first off, congratulations, you're now a millionaire and let me tell you something.

It's easier to make a million dollars than it is to hold on to a million dollars. He says there's going to be

a lot of people pitching you investment ideas and you're just going to be a lot of things

you think you're going to want to do with this money and so on, but know that it's harder to keep it than it was to make it and that really just stuck with me

and that's one of the things almost scared me to a degree just to just to invest it is

securely and non sexy in a non sexy way as I could get a good rate of return and then move forward and that

way you know like I know that I never have to pick up a wheat eater again.

You know I spent 10 years literally like calluses

on my hands, mowing grass, you know, and I didn't want to go back to that. And so for me that has

like informed my investment strategy of okay this is solid you know

it's gonna be here 10 20 30 years from now it's gonna grow at a certain rate of

return maybe more but nevertheless and that's formed my approach.
