they can do and what they can't do. There are rumors about them trading Jericho Sims. The reason

there would be rumors on them trading Jericho Sims is two fault. Number one, you can get an asset back.

Cool.

Number two, it would lower their tax number,

which would allow them more wiggle room to possibly sign a guy in the buyout market.

The way things are set up right now,

they're unable to really buy anyone or sign someone from the buyout market

and have those guys eligible for the postseason.

So when you hear Jericho Sims rumors, there's your reason. It could allow them some wiggle room in the buyout market

and they can get an asset back. That's number one. Number two, they cannot bring in a lot of money

without sending out a lot of money. So obviously we've all heard these crazy rumors around Kevin

Durant that Kevin Durant may be traded, that the Phoenix

Sons are listening on offers for Kevin Durant.
