slash setup. I like to do Q&A's sort of quarterly just to sort of keep that closeness with you all.

I feel like Q&As are a really great way to maintain a very genuine, authentic connection with

the audience. I need to do better or you all. I don authentic connection with the audience.

I need to do better, or you all, I don't like saying the audience, but with all of you guys

that are listening.

And I need to be better about doing them more frequently on Instagram, but I think I

try to stray from doing that because I know that I like to do these quarterly on here.

So I don't want to, you know, be super redundant and sound like a

broken record. If you're somebody that, like, follows my personal Instagram, watches my YouTube

and listens to my podcast. But honestly, I feel like it's only a very small percentage of you

that, like, truly, you know, watch my videos, listen to my podcast and follow me on Instagram and, like,

actually pay attention to it so yeah I try to

like not do too too many Q&As on my personal Instagram but I notice anytime I go like a really long

time without you know just sharing more vulnerable and deep things on my Instagram the more disconnected

I feel from my audience and I felt that that way lately. So I asked you all

questions on the In Bloom podcast Instagram initially. And I, when I went back to like look at them,

because this was like a month ago at this point, they like aren't there. So I was like, you know what?

We're just going to have to ask these again. And I was thinking and I realized, okay, I normally get more questions, obviously, on my
