It's kind of weird like money else is like not important anymore. You know it's like time's important

Families important relationships are important your health's important like other things

you get more important you know I'd say money now for me is not like money

doesn't motivate me at all for like what I would do with money at all like there's

almost zero motivation for that it's money is more of a resource it's like okay we've

got X amount of dollars we can we can do you

know we can bring in our own FDA approval team we got you know this amount over

here we can bring in we can buy these insurance contracts over here

for billing and these new states we want to go into you know it just becomes more

like I don't know like a chess board move you know than anything but I would say on

the flip side the first five years money was

super motivating like I didn't I was motivated by money because it's like you know I

did grow up poor we didn't have a nice house and was living an apartment and I'm like I want to have kids one day and let them have like you know a

backyard and a pool and a good place to grow up and that did super motivate me so I think that's kind of the money is like one of those

tricky things that can be a big motivator but then you know you reach certain

points like law of diminishing returns maybe money's not not as motivating
