All right, y'all, what's up? Welcome back to another episode. I'm your host

Darren Starks, and we're going to get straight into this one for a number of reasons.

One, I have to leave for Nashville in less than an hour because for those who don't

know I run a Christian nightclub called The Cove that's based in Nashville, Tennessee.

And we have our event run through tonight and our meeting that we do every single.

And this is really going to be stemmed from the Bible study that we have within our

community this past Tuesday and Jalina hosted this one she did an amazing job

and she spoke about this idea of nailing yourself to the cross and how every time you condemn yourself,

you nail yourself to a cross that Jesus already died on.

And so we talked about this idea of grace and as I was sitting with that I just began to have so many more thoughts on what this is and the implications of what it really can do for everyone in terms of how it affects how you see God, how you see others, and ultimately yourself yourself and I know I've gone through this

journey and process of trying to even get the slightest grabs on God's grace and

understanding that I don't have to live in the

shame the condemnation or the cycle of what I've done the mistakes that I've

made or even the sin that I've fallen into.

So that's what I really want to get into and break down

because I really do believe that God is calling a lot of us out of dark places,

secret sin, and private struggle. He's calling us into the light, and he's not doing

this to expose, but ultimately to heal. So all the shame, the condemnation, or the guilt that you are walking with or you're burdened by,

whether that be from what you have done, what you're in right now, or what you feel you'll

never get over, God wants to break that. And we have to realize that a lot of the weight and the

burdens that we carry, he already died for. He already took off of our shoulders, but we have to give it to him.

And that comes from really understanding this idea.
