My name is Brian Lubin. And in March of 2022, I left a quarter million dollar a year sales job to travel around the world and build my own business from zero to $10 million a year.

This podcast is a documentation of my journey along the way, all the

winds, the lessons, and the losses across the entire journey so that you guys can do it as

well. I'm recording this episode on Thursday, December 21st as I'm in Medellin, Columbia,

and I'm overlooking this beautiful sunset here across the city. My two favorite things in life are beautiful locations,

Airbnb's, hotels, and sunset views. So I just posted on my Instagram that I think that I'll

probably spend in my life well over a million dollars purely on sunsets when I'm zooming out on it.

But also on Instagram, I did a 2023 recap post about my

wins, my losses, and my lessons along the way from this last year. And I wanted to share

it with you guys. So I'm going to just do it sequentially. I broke everything down in order.

And I'm just going to go one by one. I'm going to share win after when. And then three losses

or lessons that I have learned

throughout this year because this year has been the greatest year of my life and also the

most transformative year of my life. I have truly gone from knowing absolutely nothing

about running a business to now running a thriving business with a team under me that is

about to be over a million dollars a year now going up to three to five to

ten so that is the journey that you guys are following and so I've documented it since me quitting

my job to now me building a million dollar a year company to now three million dollars a year

next year to then five to then ten So I may be one of the first

people that documents the entire journey literally from scratch. So super fun. And the lesson
